Select tickets

5 min read

Choose ticket types and quantities.

In 30 seconds

  • Choose the ticket type and quantity first.
  • Reserved-seat tickets then need a matching chair. General admission tickets do not.
  • Visit dates apply when the ticket is for one day of a multi-day event.

Add the tickets you want before you pick seats or go to checkout.

Steps

  1. 1

    Open the event or attraction

Use Browse Events or Browse Attractions, then open the listing.

  2. 2

    Choose ticket types

Each product is a different ticket (for example VIP Grandstand or Spectator Boat). Quantity and visit date sit on that product.

  3. 3

    Choose seats only when asked

If the cart includes reserved-seat tickets, use Choose seats next. Tickets that are general admission stay in the cart and skip the map. See Choose seats for your tickets.

Notes

  • Changing the cart after you hold seats clears the hold.
  • You cannot sit a cheaper ticket in a VIP section. Pick the matching ticket first.
  • Most events cap how many tickets one person can hold (often 8). The cart will stop you before checkout.

Choose seats for your tickets

4 min read

Pick seats that match each reserved ticket. General admission tickets skip the map.

In 30 seconds

  • Add tickets first. Only reserved-seat tickets need a chair.
  • Choose seats in the colour or section that matches the ticket you are placing.
  • General admission and experience tickets (for example a spectator boat) skip the map.

On events with a seat map you pick tickets first, then seats. Each reserved ticket can only sit in the sections assigned to it.

Steps

  1. 1

    Add tickets to your cart

Use Select tickets. A VIP grandstand ticket needs a seat. A boat pass or other general admission ticket does not.

  2. 2

    Open Choose seats

The button is available when your cart includes at least one reserved-seat ticket. The number of seats you must pick equals those reserved tickets only.

  3. 3

Select the ticket and day you are seating

If the cart has more than one reserved ticket or visit date, tap that line (for example VIP Grandstand · Sat, 13 Feb 0/1). The next seat you click is for that day.

  4. 4

Pick seats in the matching section

Seats outside that ticket's price category stay greyed out. The system will not upgrade or swap you into a different section.

  5. 5

    Hold seats and check out

Hold locks the chairs for a short time. Complete payment before the countdown ends. Your ticket PDF shows the seat that belongs to that ticket.

Notes

  • Changing the cart releases any held seats. Choose seats again.
  • Best available and Find seats only search sections allowed for the selected reserved ticket.
  • Restricted-view seats still ask for an extra confirmation.
  • Saturday and Sunday are separate inventories. The same chair can be sold on both days. Your ticket PDF shows the seat and the visit date.

Find seats by description

3 min read

Type what you need, for example two wheelchair seats near the front, and the system holds matching seats.

In 30 seconds

  • Type what you need in plain words and the system holds matching seats for you.
  • Available on events with reserved seating, in the Choose your seats step.
  • Held seats are released automatically if you do not complete checkout in time.

On events with a seat map you can describe the seats you want instead of clicking through the plan. Look for Describe the seats you want above the Best available button.

Steps

  1. 1

Open the event and go to Choose your seats

The finder appears only for events that use reserved seating and only while your basket is empty.

  2. 2

    Describe what you need

Examples: "2 wheelchair seats near the front", "four seats together in the Grandstand under RM 80", "a pair near the back, not restricted view".

  3. 3

    Choose Find seats

The system reads the quantity, budget, section and preferences from your text, then holds the best matching seats. The held seat numbers are shown and the section is highlighted on the map.

  4. 4

    Continue to checkout

Held seats are yours for the hold period shown on screen. If you prefer different seats, release them and pick from the map or try another description.

What the finder understands

  • Quantity — a number, "two", "a pair", "a couple", or "for 3".
  • Budget — "under RM 80", "below 100", "max RM 50" (per seat).
  • Section — a section name or short label as printed on the map, for example "Grandstand" or "GRAND".
  • Position — "front", "back", "centre", "aisle".
  • Needs — "wheelchair", "accessible" or "OKU" seats. Restricted-view seats are left out unless you say you do not mind them.
  • English and Bahasa Malaysia phrases are both recognised, for example "dua tempat duduk di belakang, bawah RM 50".

Privacy

Your description is interpreted on the platform. It is not stored with your order and is not sent to any third party unless your agency has explicitly enabled an AI provider for this feature.

Frequently asked

  • Try fewer conditions (for example drop the budget or the section), or use Best available and adjust on the map.
  • The event may use general admission (no seat map), your basket may already contain items, or the feature may be switched off for that agency.
  • The finder allows a limited number of searches per minute to keep the system fair for everyone. Wait a moment and try again.

3D seat view

3 min read

Look around the venue in 3D, check the view from a seat, and see photos of a section before you choose.

In 30 seconds

  • Some events offer a 3D view of the venue next to the 2D and 2.5D maps.
  • Tap a seat in 3D to select it — your selection is shared with the 2D map, the list view and your basket.
  • Use View from seat to look towards the stage from a seat you are considering, and Back to overview to return.

When an organiser has described how their venue rises — raised blocks, raked rows or upper tiers — the seat picker adds a 3D button beside 2D and 2.5D. Nothing is downloaded until you press it, so the ordinary map stays quick.

Steps

  1. 1

Open Choose your seats and select Map

The 3D button appears in the view switcher above the map for events where it is available.

  2. 2

    Press 3D

The venue loads as raised blocks with individual seats. Drag to orbit, scroll or pinch to zoom, and tap a section to open it. Seat colours match the legend under the map: available, selected, held and sold.

  3. 3

    Tap seats to select them

Selecting a seat in 3D is the same as selecting it on the 2D map — the count at the top and the Hold seats button update immediately, and you can switch back to 2D or List at any time without losing your choice.

  4. 4

Check the view from a seat

After tapping a seat, choose View from seat. The camera moves to that seat, looking towards the stage; drag to look around. Choose Back to overview to return to the whole venue.

  5. 5

    Look at section photos

If the organiser has added photographs of a section, a Photos button appears when you open that section (in 2D or 3D). Tap a thumbnail to enlarge it; press Escape or Close to return.

  6. 6

    Make the map bigger

Next to the zoom buttons, Reset view (the viewfinder icon) closes the open section or re-centres the map — in 3D it returns the camera to the overview. Fullscreen (the arrows icon) fills your screen with the map; press it again or Escape to leave. Fullscreen is not offered on iPhone.

Real photographs only

Section photos are uploaded by the event organiser or venue. The platform never generates or alters venue imagery, and the 3D view is built from the organiser's floor plan measurements, not from pictures. Treat both as a guide; the exact view can differ on the day.

Accessibility

  • The 3D view is pointer-based. Keyboard and screen-reader users can do everything from the 2D map (arrow keys, Enter, Escape) or the List view, which stay available while 3D is open.
  • If your device prefers reduced motion, the camera moves without animation.
  • Section photos carry a short description written by the organiser, read out by screen readers.

Frequently asked

  • The event's floor plan may be flat (no raised blocks or tiers), your browser may not support WebGL, or the feature may be switched off for that agency. The 2D and 2.5D maps show the same seats.
  • It appears only after you tap a seat, and only when the organiser has marked a stage on the plan.
  • Very large venues have many thousands of seats. Switch to 2D or List for the quickest experience — selection is shared, so nothing is lost.
